Why this matters

Some people with Cognitive and Neurological disabilities, particularly Attention Deficit Disorders, can be so distracted by movement or animation that they’re unable to concentrate on the other content on the page.

• It is under 5 seconds in length.
• It is not automatically played.
• It has controls to stop the animation. (Those controls must be keyboard-accessible.)
